Recently, I had to replace the engine in my EZGO golf cart, and let me tell you, it was quite an adventure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After all that research, I learned quite a bit about EZGO engine replacement, and I want to share my experience with you.<\/p>\n\n\n

This is a step by step guide on EZGO engine replacement:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Drain out the fuel from the tank and remove the battery cables.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Take out the engine shroud and disconnect all wires and hoses from the engine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Remove the bolts that hold the engine to the cart frame.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Lift the engine carefully out of the cart and set it aside.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Install the new engine in the cart and ensure it is properly aligned.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Tighten the bolts that hold the engine to the cart frame.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Reconnect all the wires and hoses to the new engine and reinstall the shroud.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Fill up the fuel tank with fresh fuel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Reconnect the battery cables.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. Start the cart, test the new engine, and ensure it runs smoothly.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
